If you’ve got the basic foiling technique mastered with the rise and glide, then you will no doubt already be able to ride upwind on the foil but this video is about learning how to cant the board over and ride upwind quicker in a more stable, faster stance.
We’ll look at some of the smaller tweaks you will need to maintain the body and board position and how best to use your kite to maximise you upwind performance.
