The foiling gybe is a beautiful thing, the feeling of being balanced on the foil, carving around, your kite dancing over head. But that this is only one part, the carve, a full gybe really consists of the carve, riding toeside and finally the foot change. Or the reverse, starting with a foot change, riding toeside and then the carve around to heelside.
Across these two variations, there are a lot of skills to master and this collection aims to help you better understand all these techniques, breaking them in simpler Progressions, so you can focus on specific areas and build up to the full gybe with less crashing and more foiling.
