This is for popping whilst hooked in:
1) Keep your kite low, at 45 degrees. Your hand close to the center of the bar. And keep the bar sheeted in
2) Lean back with your whole body, driving off your back leg so the board heads upwind
3) As you feel the kite power reach a peak. Release the edge of the board by bringing your whole body forwards.
